Effe Emme srl operates in the jewelry manufacturing sector. Effe Emme srl has adopted the RJC/COP standard and is committed to promoting responsible practices—covering ethical, human rights, social, and environmental aspects—throughout the gold and platinum group metals supply chain.
Our Company is committed to sustainability, specifically regarding ethical labor practices, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship. Consequently, we have embraced the RJC objectives, sharing the overarching goal of a responsible supply chain that fosters trust in the global jewelry industry through the implementation of sustainable practices across the precious metals supply chain.
We commit to adhering to OECD guidelines by integrating ethical, human rights, social, and environmental considerations into our daily operations. We pledge to reject and denounce corruption, false declarations of origin, and money laundering; to ensure the proper payment of taxes, fees, and royalties to governments; and to comply with national and international laws.

ANNUAL REPORT
Effe Emme Srl has regularly verified that all precious materials used in its production cycle originate from RJC-certified companies or comply with the OECD Guidance, Annex II.
This verification was carried out by checking the validity of certificates held by the refiners and suppliers of precious metals and diamonds used by Effe Emme Srl on the RJC website, as well as through direct checks with business partners.
Indeed, Talenti Domenico Srl’s management system incorporates policies and procedures—including clearly defined responsibilities and appropriate staff training—to ensure the proper implementation of “due diligence for responsible sourcing from conflict-affected and high-risk areas,” in accordance with RJC requirements and the OECD Guidance (Annex II).
Effe Emme Srl has conducted due diligence regarding its business partners to identify any deviations from OECD guidelines; no human rights risks were detected. The transactions in question are low-risk, and the verifications performed comply with RJC principles.
